− Mudflap discounts and rebates are the rewards you earn under this program. You earn discounts and rebates for buying fuel or other products discounted through the Mudflap network with the Mudflap Card. These discounts and rewards are sponsored by Mudflap, Inc. (“Mudflap”)− MUDFLAP IN-NETWORK DISCOUNTS− Drivers may use the Mudflap mobile application to locate truck stops in the Mudflap network that carry discounted products and to identify the Mudflap prices for those products. When you use the Mudflap Card at a truck stop in the Mudflap network to purchase a product with a Mudflap discount, your purchase will qualify for the Mudflap discount available to Mudflap application users. Mudflap discount prices may change between the time you locate the stop in the Mudflap application and the time you swipe the Mudflap Card. You will qualify for the Mudflap discount price available at the truck stop and effective at the time you swipe your Mudflap Card.− When you swipe the Mudflap Card, the truck stop will process the transaction based on the truck stop’s retail prices, and your available credit will be reduced by at least that amount depending on the truck stop’s authorization policies. When truck stops send Mudflap data regarding the discounted product you purchased, Mudflap will adjust the purchase amount on your Mudflap Card account based on the discounted price before posting the final transaction amount to your Mudflap Card account.− If you purchase more than one discounted product at the same truck stop, you must make a separate purchase transaction using your Mudflap Card for each discounted product in order for Mudflap to receive the data regarding each of your discounted products from the truck stop.
